03 Hands on work
Once the representation agreement has been signed, we will carry out Home Staging actions to the property in order to bring out all its strengths. This phase ends with the professional photo report.

We prepare a market study to see which properties we are competing against, and an improvement study with Home Staging to capture the attention of the potential buyer.
